Been looking forward to receiving my olux ring, paid £39 and was shocked when I received it, nothing like the quality shown on ads. Definitely not worth the price. Having seen how difficult returns are I think I will have to just suck it up and admit I should have done my research. I was just in a desperate place with pain I just pressed click. Think twice before buying

Order this ring and used Paypal. Received message that ring had been delivered. went to mail box and nothing, checked around my house and nothing. I even have cameras that show no delivery. Called the company and was told to follow up with USPS or UPS. The tracking # didn't belong to either. I finally found where they used a company call YunExpress. Called then and was told they could not follow up. I texted the Olux (Wolf Reborn Limited) and was told they were delivered. I went to Paypal for help. Long story short this company gave Paypal a tracking # for USPS. I called them with it and was told that scammers use address but different street name and same zip code. This is how they get out of being caught. Relayed that info to Paypal and was told since it was a real tracking # they dropped my complaint.

I would never buy from This company ever! My parcel turned up empty and when I asked for either a refund or for it to be replaced I was told that they weren’t taking responsibility for it even though it looked like the parcel hadn’t even been sealed and now I am getting no response from them after several emails

Scammy company, deceitful advertising. It's ridiculous that you pay the shipping back to China for the returns.

Ordered a ring & then after reading the reviews cancelled it within 15 minutes of ordering. Olux still took my money & I didn’t even receive the item! Would give 0 if I could 🤬

Very disappointing, especially for the price. It looked completely different and much better on the website, but the item I received feels cheap and poorly made. I regret not checking the reviews before purchasing. For the cost, I expected far better quality.

Cheap. The ring is certainly not worth £30 that I paid in the Black Friday deal. Would be even more disappointed if I had paid full price. At most it’s worth a tenner. Cheap looking and lightweight, nothing like advertised. Too big to wear on the recommended pinky/little finger. Whether it actually works remains to be seen. Read the other reviews before buying and look elsewhere. If it falls apart I’ll be claiming through PayPal. Getting fed up with all the Chinese tatt on the internet.
