This is partially my fault as I shouldn't have fallen for this scam. I placed the order as an impulse buy but within doing research just after I placed the order, I emailed immediately to cancel. They told me days later they couldn't cancel, which I saw happened to a few others who have reviewed. To return you have to ship to China and pay for your own shipping, that's it they accept the return that is. The ring itself is very cheaply made considering the price and not at all a rose gold colour, more a copper. The ring feels like thin cheap metal. The magnets don't even look like magnets, more like small stickers covered in resin. Please do not buy! Do your research.

Olux reviews are inaccurate and do not let you leave reviews on their advertising sites . The ring is small and tight impossible to adjust without digging into skin . Their appears to no magnets of any strength .I've tried to wear it on my little finger with no effect . Other than feelings of frustration that I've been conned

Poor quality does not look like the item on website. Very cheap looking and not at all rose gold looks like a copper ring. If I want a refund need to return to China, and then on receipt the company will decide if I get a refund. Wish I had done my research fully first, but fell for the marketing. My own fault and wasted money.

I accidentally placed an order for a ring, and immediately emailed customer service with a cancellation request. I did not receive a response until 3 days later, stating "Our system processes orders very quickly, and once they are scanned for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible—even if a request is made just minutes after purchase. This ensures that we fulfill and ship orders as efficiently as possible." I asked the customer service rep to provide a return shipping label, to which they declined saying the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost, no matter the circumstances. Please be aware Olux customer service will not work with you on the return, and you will be responsible for the absurdly high shipping cost. And please read/believe all of the 1-star reviews directly related to returns/refunds.

Finally received; postage was slow - it looks fine but that is ultimately it. My own fault for falling for all the fake reviews and empty promises.

Such a waste of money!!! Horrible customer service They send pre opened item full of finger prints and asks u to wipe it off when u complain of not receiving a new one

Do not purchase. Major scam. Item is not flexible nor does it work as marketed. Have made several attempts to reach out to return and have just heard back via Paypal correspondence that I need to ship back to China. Even IF I were to do that, the cost to ship well outweighs the cost of the item. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General as well as FTC. I encourage others to do the same.

I went to UPS to send it back and it was going to cost over $300 to send it back. When I contacted them again, they stated there was nothing they could do. Absolute scam. Don’t waste your money, and be sure not to order period.
