Complete BS. Ring is super big and no address in Europe to send it back. Only back to China and with tracking number. Would not buy that again

The ABSOLUTE WORST. First of all, the minute I placed the order, I reached out to cancel and days later someone responded and said it was too late to cancel and that I could return the product for a complete refund once I received it. I get the product and did not open it, I reached out once again for the refund information and label. I get an email back a couple of days later that had an address to China, but the return label has an address in Jamaica, NY. None of it adds iup. This was also in the email " ***We dont provide shipping labels*** ***We dont have a local return address***. I am so displeased and wanted to share this horrible experience. Not to mention that none of the reviews I have seen are great, hence why I tried to immediately cancel. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Il prodotto è dí scarsissima qualità, molto differente da ciò che appare in foto/video. La restituzione è praticamente impossibile in quanto a totale carico dell’acquirente e, spedire dall’Italia alla Cina, ha un costo minimo di 40€ (l’anello è costato €47)…sconsigliatissimo

If it was possible to leave a -5 review I would!! Returns have to be paid by the customer, ok that’s bad but what’s really bad is the fact the return address is in China & is not listed anywhere on the website! Cheap tat & what’s even worse is the most horrendous customer service 🤦‍♀️. They make it impossible for you to return anything. Don’t waste your money buy with this horrendous company!

Junk. Don't buy it. Says it is made in US. NO IT IS NOT. China. If you want to return it you MUST send it to China not Illinois where they claim it was from. The return process is a joke, you are basically out of luck either way

I ordered the rose gold coloured Olux ring which when it arrived was a cheap copper coloured band with some slightly faded areas on it. Stay away from this product. It is nothing like what is advertised.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel - grauenhafte Qualität und der Anbieter weigert sich, die Versandkosten für das beschädigte Produkt zu übernehmen (ich soll für über 40€ nach China zurücksenden) Bei genauerem Hinsehen habe ich zusätzlich festgestellt, dass keinerlei Impressum hinterlegt ist - absolut betrügerisches Verhalten!!

Obviously a lot of fake reviews on here. It’s Chinese tat. Bought in rose gold, what arrived is a copper band. Knew when I bought I shouldn’t have done but I got duped by their well made website. Do not bother
