I only received the chain for the chain saw. What happen to the rest of the product?

I did not receive the product (Since October, 17) and I opened a dispute so as not to pay for what was NOT delivered. Killed the nerves and time. I strongly DO NOT recommend

No email confirmation order or shipment details. Poor Quality product, very cheap!

I have never received my order!!!!!

I ordered two clear face masks. I just received my shipment today. First, they are not the product that was pictured on the website when I ordered. Second, they are not different sizes. They appear to be ONE SIZE FITS ALL, but they are too large for my face, which is why I had ordered a small and a medium. Third, they do not seal magnetically the way the product that was pictured on the website did.

This order was supposed to arrive in September. Up to date, no goods have arrived? It just takes too long for delivery.

Never received order!

If I could do zero stars I would. I never got my package,allegedly you gave me a tracking number for someone else's package according to the USPS. If I didn't use PayPal I'd still be waiting for my money and I still haven't gotten a response from two emails that I sent two weeks ago. I will never do business with you guys again, you're horrendous...
