Two months waiting on a t-shirt. They are scammers and thieves in my opinion. Won’t give a refund because my order is still in process. Don’t order from these scammers.

Same as user above. Ordered Mid june - one month later still wasn't "produced". Asked for my money back and they said once the shirt is "produced" no refunds. Disputed the charge with my bank and they refunded the money. told the company about it and no response - I now get an email saying the shirt has been shipped. 6 weeks for a t-shirt? really? I'm refusing it when it comes and will NEVER order form this company again. Who runs a company where it takes a month to "print" a t-shirt???

Unfortunately I appear to be a customer who paid for goods, expected them to be delivered, asked for update, got told delay due to Covid19 (fair enough), now 27 days after ordering & lots of other items from other suppliers not delayed I have explained it’s getting too long & I wanted my item before holiday. I have asked for a refund - they offered a 10% refund. I said no good as the item hasn’t even been made yet (according to them.) Asked for a refund - told no - we won’t refund as the order is with our ‘production’ - is this a scam? I have no idea but what I do know - they have had my money for almost a month & haven’t even made or despatched my order... I’m very sceptical. So if you’re thinking of using this company - I encourage you not to.
