I recently had a disappointing experience with Oggvo. Their service, which is marketed to help companies get more 5-star Google reviews, falls short of expectations. They fail to fully explain that they act more like a buffer, filtering out any reviews below 3 stars—provided that customers follow their special Oggvo link instead of going directly to Google to leave a review. This crucial detail was not made clear during the initial explanation, leading to confusion and frustration. To make matters worse, they require you to sign a 12-month contract and will not allow early cancellation, even if it's realized very early on that their service is not a good fit. The overall approach feels deceptive, and I was left feeling misled about the actual benefits of their service. I value transparency and honesty in business interactions, and unfortunately, Oggvo did not meet those standards. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

Oggvo wants $250.00 a month with a contract and they are very high-pressure sales. I do not recommend this company. The only time I heard from them after the initial setup was when I canceled my payment. They do not answer their phone and I think using Google for free is better. I have tried to reach out and to talk to a manager and left several messages, not only do they not get back to me but they have the salesperson call me back and she tells me I need to talk to a manager. Not happy

Spent $2,400 with this company after signing up with them at a Darryl Davis Seminar. Total scam. Never got set up. Finally, when I was able to cancel (year contract), they started calling and trying to get an appointment with me. Refused to refund any money or provide service that they were already paid for but did nothing to deserve. Read the reviews before you sign up with these crooks!

They are great a selling their product but if they fail to do what they say they will do, they will not credit you any money back and they will hold you to your one year contract and keep charging your card. I told them that I simply wanted old reviews to post to my LinkedIn account twice per week. It's been over a month and no reviews have been posted. Dustin, the manager, called me and I told him that I only wanted one thing done and that one thing was not happening. He said, "I'm glad it's only one thing". Nothing has changed. Nothing has been posted but they continuously charge my credit card in spite of their failures to perform.

This company was very misleading when I signed up with them. They did not do what was promised. My business did not improve. I got stuck with a one year contract they couldn't fulfill. It was only after numerous complaints from various notaries they offered to cancel. Meanwhile I am out $1400. Do not sign up with them. Update: Owner promised $300 refund, which I didn't accept and sent $200 only. Crooked company don't do business with them. Can't keep their promises.

Spent $3,000 for a year up front (told they don’t do month to month and can’t cancel early). I signed up based on a LSS conference I attended. Basically got scammed. Got more reviews using QR code on business card than giving personal info on my clients to them. Less invasive as well!

I have this company which I pay and I still don't have any type of result, the only thing you know is to collect your monthly payment. And I called them to explain to me what they have done and they did not give me an explanation... Only that I cannot cancel before the contract is signed... the company is not serious.
