Thanks you so much for taking care of our order after now receiving our original order. We order 2 yoyos from Australia and somehow they got lost in shipment.. I got ahold of admin and they shipped 2 new ones to replace. My son is beyond excited! Thank you again!

My order was not delivered to the address I provided, but instead sent to a different location chosen by the company. As a result, I had to travel by car to pick it up, paying for fuel, collection fees, and other extra costs that I had not expected. This turned a simple purchase into an inconvenient and expensive experience. For this reason, I cannot recommend buying from this store.

I had to pay 25 euros in customs which was not specified in the ordering process
