I work in a high stress environment with demanding supervisors and clientele. I had difficulty feeling fulfillment in my work and had no energy for my family. Through meetings and one on one sessions, Ofir provides strategies to decrease my self doubt and improve my communication skills. Ofir helped me develop skills that have helped me regain my confidence in my work and decreased stress with productivity demands. Meetings are more constructive and effective. I meet my daily deadline and am able to leave work at the office. Most importantly, I am able to be more mentally and emotionally present at home again. Ofir has given me techniques that has given my professional and personal life more joy and appreciation.
