Shopping online just got a whole lot better. We purchased a projector and some other items from Officewonderland. Called them after the item shipped with a huge problem caused by myself. I accidentally shipped items to the wrong office. The rep Richard helped me out by arranging UPS to change addresses. I did have to prove that the new address was a verified business address for my company which is normal to protect against fraud. Process was painless and I spent no more then ten minutes on the phone with Office Wonderland. None of the big box stores would have done this .

My sales rep at officeworld went over and above the call of duty to help our church to find the best projector and we were very pleased with the final results.

In our school district we use a specific model of project, and we have spare bulbs for fast replacement. We needed a couple more projectors, but after searching the WEB, could not locate but two anywhere in stock. When Officewonderland’s site showed stock, I placed a call to verify. There I learned that the manufacturer had discontinued ALL projector production and that Officewonderland was in contact with the manufacturer to move-out all remaining product. It took several weeks but they were able to get us two projectors, not the exact Model Number, but so close that our replacement bulbs interchanged with that model. We were grateful to learn that in the future we must change the projectors that are used in our district. Thanks Officewonderland for ALL YOUR HELP.

OfficeWonderland always dos a great job providing good products for our company. I have purchased six projectors from them and Mike always goes the extra mile to meet our needs.

Everything was fine.

It was not easy purchasing the projector we needed. Our older projector in the church crapped out and it needed to be replaced. It was easier replacing it with the same model as not to have the AV company come out here and reprogram everything to work with the newer model. Called up three California based companies both found on Amazon and Google. They all tried to bait and switch us to a different model. We kindly explained to them that we want only the model we requested. Office Wonderland was also advertising the projector on their website for a few dollars more. Guess what? They had it in stock brand new and were able to overnight it to us. The order was placed at 4 PM and still shipped out. First time using them and we are extremely satisfied.

Staff responded quickly to my order, and made a change in my favor, thank you!
