Mike Spencer was awesome! He was very helpful and accommodating. The item that we ordered was discontinued. But, he found a more than sufficient replacement and was patient while I was waiting for approval.

I never write reviews, but this experience was the single best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The representatives at Officewonderland contacted me, apologized for the discontinuation and extended the offer to order the updated model for the same cost (verses it's current retail rate).
