I was trying to order an older projector model to match models I already had so that I could keep in stock only one replacement bulb. The model I was wanting was discontinued but the sales agent Mike Spencer helped cross reference to another model that used the same bulb. It is hard to do that because of course projector companies constantly change bulbs they use so that they can make money off of bulb sales. Thanks for the help Mike!!!

They help me with my Purchase of a Panasonic Projector. They were able to verify the new product model was compatible to my customers requirements. They were even very helpful when I needed to return the product once the my customer decided to not proceed with the install.
