Richard and Mike were incredible to work with. They offered amazing, hands on, customer support from beginning to end. After my initial order was unavailable, they found a comparable substitute and shipped it overnight. They have my business for good!!

I ordered a overhead projector on a Wednesday afternoon and received a phone call Thursday morning telling me that the projector was no longer manufactured. The customer service rep. (Mike) had a newer model and all the information about the newer model. He made it easy for me to decide how to proceed with my order. I ordered the newer model !

I was thrilled to find out that your company is small and family owned. When a product I ordered was no longer stocked, I received a personal phone call, a recommendation for a replacement product, a sincere thank you for my order and assistance with pricing. It was like walking into the local hardware store when I was a kid! Keep up the good work. It's a pleasure doing business with you!

When the Items we ordered were discontinued Mike from Office Wonderland immediately called me to discuss the replacement items the manufacturer suggested. After talking to me Mike he realized I may not have known what I really needed and after many emails asking me questions he figured out what I really needed and we ordered that. Mike KNOWS PROJECTORS! My advice is to call him first and let him help you choose what you really need. His Technical Experience was very helpful. Thanks Mike!
