Grossly over charged parts I ordered but when received was rusted, pitted and unpainted. One out of four was larger than what was custom ordered.

I ordered a gas cylinder for my chair and it didn’t work properly—the lever didn’t mate up properly with the trigger. They promptly sent an identical replacement for free, but it had the same issue. We discussed it via email, realized that the part wasn’t a proper fit, then they sent a _third_ cylinder, still for free; this one had a different trigger mechanism that lined up perfectly. I’m a super happy customer… it would have certainly been cheaper for them to just issue a refund and call it a day, but they actually solved the issue and I didn’t have to buy a whole new office chair!

If you are thinking of buying from this company, but may need to return an item, beware. I bought a gas cylinder for an office chair. I ended up not needing it and never even opened the box it was shipped in. After I returned the item, they credited me less than I paid for it. When I inquired, they quoted a policy that "reserved the right to charge a 25% restocking fee" and tried to claim they were doing me a favor by "only charging 20% because the item was still in the box". There was literally nothing to "restock". It was brand new, never opened and they used this policy to steal from me. So, if you buy something that you may need to return, beware that you will be dealing with this business practice.
