Not sure is this is the case with trailers or any other purchase and if they are dealing the same way, but I purchased an accessory from them on May 15th and now is May 25th and it hasn't been send yet, no tracking or delivery date, called 2 times about it they said they will email me tracking info and nothing... Every other place when you buy something usually u get the estimate delivery date, and tracking infro right away. If I new I could of bought it strait from the manufacturer and pick it up the same day, instead of going trough all of this. Not a happy customer here. Hope i get my Item...will update on it
