I feel we received a low bid on our house from them. When questioned and provided with comps they upped their bid. but after inspection they wanted almost $17,000 for cosmetic improvements they wanted to do. The home was sold as is. I offered to pay for things that were safety, security and Structural in nature. they refused to negotiate. So we cancelled our contract. The Fact that it took them over 10 days to present their request and could not provide an itemized account for their request I found troubling. I will never suggest their company to anyone. Also will be contacting the state attorney general about their business practices.
