The whole experience was wonderful
The whole experience was wonderful! From offer to closing! Everything was transparent. There were no surprises. I was walked through the entire process effortlessly. Every department was wonderful. They answered any question. I highly reccommend them! What a wonderful experience! I was able to buy a house and close within a day of selling without any stress. Whole process was truly fantastic!

Offered was very helpful along each…
Offerpad was very helpful along each phase of us selling our house to them . They checked in regularly as our new home was being built, when we had a few bumps in the road with closing on our new home they were very flexible and worked with us. Highly recommend them, and would use them again when needed. THANK YOU Offerpad!

Great experience
OfferPad presented an offer to us that was in line with the price we had gotten through a traditional realtor, and they were upfront with their fees. The entire process went smoothly with OfferPad reaching out anytime there was an update or question. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

Offerpad gave us a smooth and quick sale
Offerpad gave us a smooth and quick home sale experience. We sold to them with a couple simple inspections, the offer and credits were arranged and we moved out just sweeping the place clean. It saved us so much work and effort and we just moved in to our new place.
