Awesome experience

The way Offerpad works really worked…
The way Offerpad works really worked for me and my family. We were in need of selling our home and were buying a new build. The ability to have the offer and close at the same time as the new build was extremely helpful. It allowed us time to move things out of our home while waiting on the new build. When there were issues with closing on the new build Offerpad worked with us to line up the closing and with the moving company. The moving company crew did an excellent job and were very fun to work with. Our agent here in Tucson was great and always available. Stepping in when needed. There were times when communication with Phoenix dropped, but it was bridged by our Tucson agent and then quickly brought back up to speed. This was a great experience that I share with others. We are also looking to sell my father-in-laws home using Offerpad.

Topnotch!!
From start to finish, the process was professional. Process was explained in detail and questions answered promptly. And the people!! Most wonderful crew ever. Our agent, Mike, in searching for a new home and following through to close. Nicholas, our agent in selling and closing on our previous home. All the others involved in inspections, moving, and the nitty gritty details were great. I would never use another real estate agent. Kudos plus.

Excellent customer service!
I needed to sell my parents home for them quickly so they could move into assisted living. Offerpad was so easy to work with and gave us a great offer within 24 hours. The communication was excellent and we were able to close within 14 days. Thank you Offerpad for making a stressful time much easier!
