Easiest way to sell your home, it is very difficult to sign papers on your new house as well as your home you are selling and moving the same day. Offerpad makes it so easy you can live in your old house for five days after signing papers and they also moved me! Everyone was EXCEPTIONAL!

We thought the entire time that there was no way they would pay us what the offered in their first offer, we thought it was way to good to be true. But at the end of the day they paid us every penny:)
