OfferpadReviews of offerpad.com

I thought the process was wonderful the money they held back until I vacated the property was returned very quickly faster than I had expected my only criticism would be that the fees are a little bit too high other than that I would love to use offerpad again in the future I moved across the country to Ohio and there is no offerpad up here so that might be something to think about so I've met two or three people here and my son's neighborhood that are trying to sell and I mentioned offerpad and they had no idea what I was talking about and then I checked and offerpad is not here so bring it up to the Northeast

Great communication as they kept me informed all along the way

Great people to deal with, they do exactly what they say . The overall experience was excellent. The only issue was with some of the communication lines though all of the different phases. Super group of people and mostly a smooth process.

All went well and very smoothly. The only issues we had was, 1) we had to keep pushing the closing date back due to moving delays, and 2) the first group of a 5 man moving team from Bellhop, decided the job was too difficult for them so they refused to lift a finger and then left. By myself, I pulled out all of large items that the 5 man moving team said were too hard and unsafe. I pulled everything out of the house. The next day a smaller 4 man team arrived and stayed and actually worked. Within less than 2 hours had everything out of the truck and packed into the storage units.
