I can’t say enough good things about the Offerpad experience. The purchase offer was more than fair, the communication was superb from start to finish and everyone I spoke with was professional and polite. The 3 day extended stay took a lot of pressure off us while me moved and the Bellhop moving service made the move painless. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Offerpad for a fast, convenient and painless home selling experience.

Great!
I started the selling process with a competitor but dropped them and completed the sale with Offerpad. They came back with a better offer and a better process in my opinion. From start to finish there was plenty of communication and explanation of the steps.

Offerpad handled everything
Offerpad handled my sell in less than 30-days. I truly thought that their team would make me a lowball offer, I was wrong. When you compare Offerpad versus a full real estate broker; they turned out to be very competitive. And, like the old saying goes....a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
