they did what they promised...no nickel…
they did what they promised...no nickel and diming on the inspection, move was free, and closing couldn't be easier. I'd do it again.

Easy Sell
I’ve been thinking about selling for a while. When the market turned in my favor I solicited quotes from 3 to 4 companies and Offerpad was by far the best to work with. I got a great offer and they were very flexible on the closing date. The communication with the staff was super and they answer all my questions to my satisfaction. It was great to be able to sell without all the stress of showings and having strangers walking all over the house. With 3 grandchildren it would of been difficult to keep everything showroom ready. With Offerpad none of that matter, it was great! Oh by the way they moved me for free! Thank you Offerpad!

Great experience, good communication throughout entire process made it pretty stress free. Offerpad did everything they said they would do and no hidden surprises.

Offerpad made the offer and we accepted. In executing the contract for sale, offerpad performed as per the contract. Minor issues were resolved very quickly. The entire relationship with offerpad was great from the offer and acceptance, through closing. I highly recommend this company and would use their services again.
