This company is a brokerage company for actual Toyota dealers. Had no issues with them. People having issues with them are mainly due to the specific toyota dealer they are "assigned" and have to deal with.

These guys have no sense of customer service whatsoever. I placed an order for parts using their system and my vin. They sent a message notifying me of a change as the rotors didn’t match my vin, but only listed one rotor instead of two. It’s been almost a week of daily sending them messages with no reply. I should have checked first, but their phone number is bogus. Went to cancel through my credit card but the charge is pending. They have no respect for you, the customer.

Absolutely no communication and super slow to ship, assuming they will ship at some time. This site goes by several names, Modern Toyota, All Star Auto Group, and Oemgenuineparts, all the same thing all the same service. You're lucky if you order ships in two weeks.

Don't buy here. They're cheating on you. They do not ship the item , but withdraw the money.
