I never received my package I contact customer support and still nothing do not buy from these people EVER!!!

I can't track my order without downloading an invasive app I have no interest in putting on my phone. Tracking my order should not require extra work on my part. I've already paid for your product. I have ordered these socks as a gift and can't even see if they will arrive on time. Very disappointed with this process.

I ordered boxers one came in the wrong size... Not a first positive experience and with that price will be my last.

Can't cancel subscription! Loved this as a gift for my nephew. However, I am very frustrated with not being able to cancel subscription on line. I sent contact message a few weeks and again today.

I ordered ONE pair of socks for my daughter. I was excited to send her a pair of “Who’s Gym” socks by Odd Sox. It’s an inside joke. Well, my excitement turned to sadness. She didn’t get the ones I ordered, she received Dr. Pepper socks! Not cool.

Really disappointed in this service. I bought two subscriptions, one for my partner and one for my dad, with different interests and different styles selected, yet two months in a row they both recieved the same pairs of socks. Really upset over the lack of variety.

Hard to believe you make men's underwear WITHOUT an opening. Would never have purchased them if I knew this. Also, not good business in no allowing for credit returns. Finally, your sizing matrix is way off.
