Within 10 minutes of receiving your initial email requesting us to check into your delivery notification, our team provided a response asking you to check the mailbox location and with others at the address. We also noted that you opted out of the recommended Route Package protection program for your order, which is conveniently added to every buyer's order during the checkout process. You were also asked to let us know if you were unsuccessful in locating the package so that we may take the next steps to assist. To date, we have not received a response.

Thank you for your feedback and please accept our sincerest apologies. When you first let us know of the issue with the original order, we immediately processed a replacement order. The updated tracking and estimated date of delivery were provided to you and we did not receive a response indicating that there may still be a problem. We do see a successful delivery scan of the replacement order. However, if additional assistance is needed, please respond to the original email correspondence and we will get things handled as quickly as possible.
