Receptionist was extremely pleasant which made it easier to swallow another's negative comment.
I went to the Jackson office to pick up a written prescription for my dog. I had gotten it from the vet in the past but now the price was quite a bit higher than PetMeds, therefore, decided to order and had to pick it up. The receptionist was pleasant and we waited for what we needed and she told us that the Lakewood office alerted them we would get my dog's nails clipped (if we could without a vet check-up) when we pick up the RX. My daughter was somewhat upset and I wasn't that crazy over how the tech took our dog didn't invite us in the room (we are accustomed to that). Our dog is older (13) and isn't good on table and we said we would like them to clip nails on the floor if at all possible. The tech walked away with our dog and made a comment about seeing what the doctor says. The price to clip at the Vet's was double what Petsmart charges yet they understand when we ask them not to put him on the table, not sure why the tech at the vet's wasn't courteous or understanding. He is our "baby" (even if he is old).
