My dog always receives the best care from the doctors and staff. They are compassionate and really listen. The only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars is that we rarely see the same doctor twice, so I have to explain the same allergy symptoms multiple times.

The technicians and receptionist are terrific here. I have had 2 different vets there and both were highly knowlegeable & friendly to my dog. However, they are extremely expensive and i cant say i definitely needed all the tests and medicines prescribed. It was $500 for an ear infection and a hot spot.

I was very impressed by the vet I saw. She spent more time with me and my dog than any other vet I have visited. I did not feel that she was trying to sell me on more things than I needed. The vet techs were knowledgeable and very helpful. The only downfall, I had a coupon for a free first time office visit, the their regular cost is too high.

Most of the vets are awesome at OCVH. I can't say enough about them. There are a few I don't care for. The services are also very expensive. It would be nice to offer a payment plan or discounted services once in a while to make having a pet a little cheaper. I know you CAN charge whatever you want, but SHOULD you??

The entire staff was friendly and understanding to my situation. I would recommend them to all my pet loving family and friends.

As new clients we were pleased to get an appointment quickly with the needed speciality Vet. Found Dr Briggs to be very knowledgeable and attentive as well as his tech assistant. My only critic is, I feel first time customers and owner's of exotic pets should receive the same curtiousy of a free initial exam just like dog and cat owners receive, why the discrimination? It would have been a nice gesture to a new customer, especially if you would like them to continue using your service and recommend to their friends.

No wait, very nice staff, reasonable prices

I recently had the pleasure of visiting your business as a new customer. I was impressed with the friendly staff and their caring ways to my very scared little rescue dog. Upon leaving I was given my bill which I paid in full immediately. Only to receive a phone call 2 days later that an item was missed on my bill and I owe an additional amount of money. I find this annoying. Now I have to either mail a check or make a special visit to office to pay..ugh!! So please check your invoices before presenting them to your customers. It will save everyone time and money. Thanks😉
