I have been using this vet clinic for 3 years. Never had a issue,they are very caring n not judgy. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality care

Dr. Pearlman and her 5ech. Assistant, Jessica, we're wonderful with our golden doodle puppy on her first visit and checkup. We would have awarded five stars but there was confusion and training issues at the front desk.we are sure they will resolve these minor issues I'm due time.

Friendly staff and relatively clean. Office is on the smaller side but the staff made up for that. Prices are reasonable. Only downside is that they don't have all diagnostic equipment on site. Have to go to their Lakewood office for that. Love that they have avian bets on staff so I can bring my bird here if need be.

We love Dr. Danowitz. I believe your prices could be better. Otherwise we came here recently trying to save our lives from Toxic Waste in Buffalo, NY, brushed under the rug. Dr. Danowitz and staff spent the time for a through exam and answered my questions. I have been in the field for 20 years , and am very particular with my fur kiddos Veterinarian. We drove from NY, ONLY to see Dr. Danowitz.

I really love this office, and especially Dr. Danowitz. I've been using them for many years. That said, several times they misquoted a price or hit me with stupid extra fees. Like once when my cat needed surgery, they gave me a price they said was "all inclusive" and then charged me $15 for a new bandage when it needed changing. I had paid $1200 for the surgery. It was so petty and they wouldn't back off. However, I still use OCVH because the staff is nice and the care is excellent. That's really what matters, I guess.

Great service and care for my pet!

After I emailed my fears abt my 5 year old American Bulldog Rocco's deteriorating health, I received a phone call within the hour asking me questions and how soon I could bring him in. From that point on I felt confident he was being given the best care possible. Every staff member was knowledgeable, kind, considerate, and patient. The facility was spotless and although Rocco is extremely dog aggressive and pretty large, the staff handled him with such confidence he gave the doctor kisses, and willingly left me in the room when the had to take him for test. If you only knew Rocco, he usually won't go with people he doesn't know but he loved the ladies. Monetarily we were given options, treatment wise we were provided tons of info and management techniques, he's not 100% yet but OCVH definitely played a huge part in his condition not becoming worse and for that my family and I are forever grateful. ♡♡♡♡♡
