I was double charged for a service
If I didn't have pet insurance and had to read over my bill I never would have known I was charged twice for a service

Prices
Service is good, but prices are far to high. I brought my cat in for sneezing and coughing and wind up with a bill for $170.00. Every time I go in the prices go up and they want payment at the time of service. What if you had an emergency and you don't have all the money, they will not put you on a payment plan.

Besides accepting all major credit cards, we do also offer CareCredit and iCare payment plans that can spread any unanticipated urgent or emergency expenses over weeks or months, depending on your budget.
