Great care and compassion for my golden....

Dr. Danowitz is great. So understanding and sympathetic with me and my sick dog.

Ocean county veterinary hospital in Lakewood has cared for my Molly lab dog helping her with her arthritic and digestive problems. And our Mr Kelly cat who they helped us with care and with the painful decision to let him pass. Always friendly courteous caring and professional staff. If your in need of veterinary care look no further.

I met Dr. Falk in 1976 and was immediately impressed with him. In the early 80s, I was able to work there part time and saw that all clientele were treated with respect and the pets were given top notch care. Over the years, some of the faces have changed, but never the quality of care and understanding given to my pets and to me personally. I hope Dr. Falk is enjoying his retirement. I miss him and think of him often. The staff at OCVH is exemplary in every way, Friendly, caring, warm, interested, concerned, knowledgeable and efficient. I was glad to see them expand their practice. Although I have moved a few times, I would never consider another practice. There could be none better. When my husband passed, Dr. Falk and Kate Flitton from their office staff even attended the funeral, which touched my heart. I have known Dr. Briggs since he joined the practice and trust him to know what is the best course of care.He is such a professional that I always have to remind him to drop titles and just call me Carol despite the length of our affiliation.. Dr. Pearlman always goes out of her way to ensure that everything is thoroughly checked and that each of my pets thrive and are safe and happy. She is a warm and caring woman who takes care of me too, understanding what a deep bond I have for my dogs. All explain any procedures and dispense information without talking "over" in "vet" talk. Through the years, they have grown and it couldn't happen to a more deserving group. They are like family and I am proud to have experienced OCVH and will continue to trust my dogs to the best veterinarian practice.

OCVH has been taking care of our pets for almost 20 years. We have never had a bad experience and have always been treated exceptionally. We can't imagine taking our pup to anyone else.

We love everyone at OCVH! Dr. Weiner is so knowledgeable and honestly cares for every pet we've ever brought to him, as if they were his own. He is extremely gentle and takes his time with us. Dr. Weiner also explains everything so thoroughly and breaks down the cost for you before doing any procedure. He will help you set everything up in a way that makes sure your animal is cared for and you can afford it. When our dogs Cody (passed in 2015) and Zuska (passed 2017) were so sick, Dr. Weiner did everything he possible could for them. He stayed with us and was a huge comfort as we cried letting them go. He let us take as much time with them before we had to go home without our babies. Each person on staff those horrible days cried with us and were just so comforting. Dr. Weiner called us the next day to repeat how sorry he was for our loss and then personally sent us a sympathy card along with a paw print and our dog's fur. OCVH has also helped us out with any animal we've ever fostered. Even though they were with us for a short time, Dr. Weiner and his staff treated them as if they were ours. Everyone is so kind and caring as at OCVH. You are always greeted with a smile and the staff is very knowledgeable as well. When you are there, you feel like family. I always have and I always will recommend OCVH to everyone I meet!

Everyone is friendly and efficient. They all really care about animals. The vets take their time and answer any questions you might have.

Layla loves Dr. Danowitz! She misses Dr. Falk but is adjusting just fine.
