Truly a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until leaving. Dr. Briggs explained the procedure to us in depth and gave Skye a very thorough exam. The assistants were very pleasant and easy to talk with . You could tell this was not just a business but a thriving practice. I would recommend OCVH to everyone I know with pets.

We were looking for a vet for an exotic and with a new location opening close to me I decided to give them a call. Surprisingly they did see exotics and I learned that I was able to visit whichever location was convenient to me. The front staff was very pleasant and my wait time was less than two minutes. The vet was great, and while we didn't get great news for our pet I was very pleased with this practice. I will definitely bring our other pets here as need be and had a great experience with them and would recommend.

WhenI brought my little KAli into the Lakewood facility three weeks ago, she was very ill. Dr. iaquinto immediately performed a blood test on her and determined that she was in extreme kidney distress. She recommended that Kali be placed in IV for at least 3 days to try to bring her numbers down to a reasonable number, Dr. Iaquinto called me several times during that day to keep me informed of Kali's condition. The following day, Dr Danowitz took over her care because Dr Iaquinto was scheduled for another facility. He, too, could not have been more informative and excited that she was doing so much better. He called me several times during that day and again, before he left that evening. On Saturday, Dr Wiener called to report on Kali's progress. She was still improving and it was decided to let her remain at the hospital for another day, probably until Monday to be sure that she received as much of the medication as possible. On Sunday, Dr. Golodnik called to report on her condition. She was constantly under supervision and being cared for by very caring techs and doctors. When we came in to pick her up on Monday, Dr Iaquinto was again on duty. She was so positive about Kali's chances and we were and are so grateful for all of the attention and care that Kali received. By the way, Kali is doing beautifully. She is eating and drinking and acting very much like her old self. THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE WONDERFUL HUMANS WHO GIVE THEIR ALL FOR THE ANIMALS!!!

I travel from New Brunswick to OCVH because I've not found another practice that provides the same level of care to my rabbits. I've also brought cats here and I'd recommend them to anyone.

My second visit to OCVH with my 13 yr old cockatiel was great. Charlie is rescue bird that was never handled, the care given was wonderful. Will be taking him back when needed...
