Despite some of the other reviews, I have to say that so far I rate the service highly. The customer service department have been very efficient and helpful in responding to emails, I have received a few promotions and my withdrawals to date have all been processed quickly. I was asked to provide KYC information and my account was verified promptly. So far so good - excellent site with great offers.
