I was initially very happy with this easy and affordable service, however after using for 3 years, I was having a great deal of difficulty getting enough CEUs as I had already taken all of the courses relevant to my practice. I would like to see more courses added to the library including live and specialty areas such as pediatrics, ortho/hand/UE focused as I cannot take the same courses over and over again. I reached out to the customer service on multiple occasions with my concerns and was assured that this would be changing "very soon" but after 11 months of waiting for the addition of new course material, I just could not justify renewing my subscription. I will check at a later date to see if any new courses have been added and sign up again if they make needed changes.

Good continuing education courses but not enough content for school based therapy. My main complaint is about the billing services. There is no easy way to suspend or stop my credit card from being billed automatically each year. No tab, no link for billing on the website. Very inconvenient and irritating.

Hi Amy, Thank you for your feedback. The majority of our members renew yearly, so we provide the auto-renew feature to ensure uninterrupted service. However, we are happy to change renewal preferences at any time by contacting us. We do send an email 30 days prior to remind and ensure you’d like the renewal to take place. We have removed the auto-renew feature on your account and all credit card information. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Also, here’s a direct link to school-based courses available in our library, we hope it’s helpful! https://www.occupationaltherapy.com/ot-ceus/rec/#/type:rec/category_id:early-intervention-and-school-based Thanks, The team at OccupationalTherapy.com

Why are most courses one and two ceu’s. The other companies offer 6 unit classes like a live coarse.

The quality of the on-line courses varies. Some are excellent, while others are lacking. I would give 3.5 stars

Did not feel that the last course stayed on topic. Also would like to see more Early intervention OT courses. Many of them are feeding related.

Difficult to maneuver around a video. Unlegible or missing pdf pages too common.
