Hi Carolyn, Thank you for your review! We appreciate you sharing your experience and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. While we do have the PA abuse course, it was unlisted from our course library the morning of June 21st, and all prior course registrants had until June 25th to complete the course. This is due to the lengthy PALS reporting process. Even if we report the course on time, it’s possible that the record will not match correctly in the PALS system and we do not want to put the licensee in a position where their state licensing system has not reconciled our report with their license. A new version of the course will be available in our course library starting July 1, 2021 (course #9530), for the next PA license renewal cycle of 7/1/21-6/30/23.
