This webinar was useful in that I got some resources to work on cafeteria and recess activities to support the student's social emotional and self-regulation. The speaker spoke mostly about her program and I would have liked to see more of the research on the topic. I would recommend this particular webinar to OTs who are looking to support social emotional and self-regulation in the elementary school. It is an area we are well versed in but seldom called upon in the school for.

This site gives me the opportunity to learn and grow as a COTA with my busy schedule. It allows me to take classes anytime I have the availability.
