I have had a subscription previously…
I have had a subscription previously and rejoined. Not much has changed as far as content, especially in pediatric courses.

I did not like Educator Ms Morgan…
I did not like Educator Ms Morgan talking about course on school system on TBI. She did not educated or explain anything she just read what was on the board. I could of done that. She was Terrible.

Good content, bad hours for live courses
The content was good, it's just that the live courses were almost always only offered in the middle of the day while I was at work. There were very few live courses offered in the evenings and I'm not sure if there were ever any on the weekends. Working as a full time OTA made it so that I was unable to utilize the live courses much. In my state, I'm required to get half my CEU credits from live workshops or webinars so it made it much more difficult to get the credits I needed.

I took 2 courses on 2/4 & 2/5…
I took 2 courses on 2/4 & 2/5 respectively, until today (2/8) I have not seen the credit hours reported to Cebroker yet, most companies did that within 24 hours. I wonder why it took that long?

Hi Yee, Thank you for your review! CE Broker requires reporting by CE providers once every 30 days, and we report every Monday to help meet our members’ needs. Additionally, we increase the frequency of reporting during license renewal periods. We’re constantly reviewing our processes and will take your feedback into consideration. Auto-renew without notification
I quite enjoy the programs that are provided for information. I do not like that when you sign up for a year, it is automatically set to auto-renew. If you are wanting to try the program for a year, be careful and check your credit card receipts. Was not notified when a payment went through or that it was renewed.
