All courses are promotionals for the…
All courses are promotionals for the full course. None provide full training on topics. Take a note out of Medbridges book. Have not ever learned anything applicable to my everyday practice from your courses. Your platform is provided free via my work. That is the only reason I have still used over the past several years.

No webinars on nights and weekends
No webinars on nights and weekends? That doesn’t work for full time employed therapists. I cancelled your services and got my money back and joined homeceu.com and they have SO MANY classes- every day, nights and weekends. I will never use your company again.

Old and outdated
These courses are old and outdated and the mental health courses are much too simple and basic with limited knowledge base observed in the descriptions. For example one executive function in schools course indicated it would be reviewing the different diagnoses affected when all the presenter did was discuss one specific diagnosis of add and used outdated materials as references. This company is so not worth the 99 dollars I paid to educate myself.

Very poor technically
Very poor technically. Can't go to the place where you left off. Have to click up to 20 times to get new video to start. Very un-user friendly. Content is good.

Disappointing
It was once again disappointing to deal with your billing practices. I had a promo code sent to me approximately 6-8 emails and when I used it, the transaction wouldn't go through. Then after the cut off date passed, suddenly my card got charged for the renewal without the promo being applied. Just because i've updated my credit card, doesn't mean you can just go charging it! I find this frustrating, as this has happened numerous times in the past and i've complained about it then and unauthorized charges are never acceptable much less when the circumstances are questionable. Where's the promo? Where's the confirmation? How can I possibly think that my information is safe after these instances??
