I bought ear buds from this company 3 years ago on June 29, 2023 from Amazon thinking that since they had a lifetime warranty what did I have to loose, however they stopped taking a charge and no longer work so I replied to them as instructed in there instructions mutable times and still have not received any response. It seems to me that this company is not standing up for there own warranty.

Bought some blue tooth ear pods 3 years ago and they stopped working. I emailed them and very quickly they responded with instructions to try which did not work so they refunded the cost in full even though I bought them from Amazon. Great company

The ear buds sounded very good so I bought 2 more pairs and gifted them to family members. The price was more than reasonable. The only complaint I have is that both of the headphones came with the wrong size charging cord. When I tried to call customer service, I got a British sounding recorded message that told me to call back later. I never did get through. I ended up buying the correct size cords from Amazon. Ear buds great…customer service SUCKS!!
