Order got held up for a packing issue. They resolved the issue and sent it out right away. They were very responsive and sent an extra kit as an apology, which they didn't have to do. I will recommend to friends and family.

I purchased an online space in the line up for one of the new pistols. Not really a lot to "rate" for a transaction of that nature, except it happened without any issues?
Response from Occam DefenseDec 12, 2019
Hi Derrel, Thank you for taking the time to write. I know this review request comes up automatically and you haven't even gotten you pistol yet! But, we can't wait to make one for you! Thanks, Brian, Chantal and the rest of the Occam Crew
