Website was easy to navigate and order placement was a breeze. The product was just what I expected, and thank you for NOT packaging in those sealed blister packs that NOBODY can open. I like that I could open the package, take out what I needed, and hang the package up on the pegboard on my reloading bench. The only drawback was you shipped USPS. Their "tracking" told me that it would arrive a certain day, but it actually arrived a day later. No big deal, but I guess I've gotten used to UPS and Amazon's accurate tracking.

Product works great, it functions as it is designed to do which is to allow you to lubricate your weapon with the no mess convenience and quickness

I haven’t used it yet but it’s an incredibly genius idea to a common solution. I don’t like carrying whole bottle of oil/lube in my range bag so this is the perfect item.

Occam Defense is a great company. Brian took time to answer all of my questions in detail. After speaking with them at length I know that they truly believe in their product and put their heart and sole into what they do. I can't wait to get my hands on the 1775 I pre ordered!
