This company is a scam operation
This company is a scam operation. they refuse to follow send instructions and reject any attempts to send. The support service is a joke and is an AI bot that gives generic responses. I managed to eventually obtain a support number and it is rarely answered. Eventually someone responded and said they would speak with technical and resolve but nothing was sorted. The website is just a front and gives no details of company location/personnel or verifiable information. I was conned to send crypto to this site and I strongly advise advise anyone to avoid this wallet
