0 stars LAXIMOR, Betrüger Avoid this shop, avoid the " sales guys" the guys are there to pick up girls, or boys that they find attractive, what happened to me, has happened to many other young guys... we were passing by a short guy with a beard, light brown hair, dressed with dirty black pants, he was not too young, he was staring at me, I felt sorry and when I came back from a nearby International shop that sells beauty and health products where I spent 230€ buying great products and being taken care by a lovely competent sales person, and feeling sorry for this poor short man with a beard, I passed by again with a friend , he proceed to offer me a full tube of cream in exchange of my phone number, looking at the other crooks that work there and reading the reviews, I realise that they are all like him: cheap agressive scammers, of course I did not EVER intended to buy anything because we can all see that all they want is to beacon you to their little shop and fool you into buying some totally useless product. avoid Vermeiden Sie diesen Laden, vermeiden Sie die "Verkäufer" Die Jungs sind da, um Mädchen abzuholen, oder Jungen, die sie attraktiv finden, Was mir passiert ist, ist vielen anderen jungen Jungs passiert... wir kamen an einem kleinen Kerl mit Bart, hellbraunen Haaren, gekleidet mit schmutzigen schwarzen Hosen, er war nicht zu jung, er starrte mich an, es tat mir leid und als ich aus einem nahe gelegenen internationalen Geschäft zurückkam, der Schönheits- und Gesundheitsprodukte verkauft, wo ich 230 € damit verbrachte, großartige Produkte zu kaufen und von einem schönen kompetenten Verkäufer betreut zu werden, und es tat mir leid für diesen armen kurzen Mann mit einem Bart, ich ging wieder mit einem Freund vorbei, er bot mir eine volle Tube Sahne im Austausch für meine Telefonnummer an, schaute sich die anderen Gauner an, die dort arbeiten, und las die Rezensionen, merke ich, dass sie alle wie er sind: billige aggressive Betrüger, natürlich hatte ich NIEMALS vor, etwas zu kaufen, weil wir alle sehen können cuidado con el pequeño hombre con barba attention au petit mec avec barbe, arnaque

Eigentlich 0 sterne wenn das eine Gesichtsbehandlung die angeblich 120 Euro kostet lachhaft wahrscheinlich nicht mal ausgebildete kosmetik so was nie wieder In 30 minuten fertig im Hinterzimmer und unschön alte Handtücher auf den Stuhl und nicht mal Wasser benützt ich hoffe ihr seit gewarnt von so einer abzocke

El servicio de atención al cliente es un desastre. Además de no responder rápido a las consultas, los modales que emplean no son muy educados. Dejan mucho que desear en el trato que dan al cliente. Solo por eso, no vuelvo a comprar sus productos. Hoy en día hay buenos productos similares y encima a un precio más competitivo, por lo que han perdido a una cliente.

A very pushy saleswoman at La Zenia grabbed my hand and applied the product. I did see a difference in my skin and was persuaded to purchase this for a discounted price (joke) at Euro 45. I am not usually taken in by such sales spin but I did buy it. When I came home and used it on my face there was no such result so I reckon there was a much stronger product used during the sales spin. The sales person also tried to sell me a face cream, telling me it was the last one available and she would hold it for me for one hour!! Don't buy this scam.

Pongo una estrella para poder escribir pero ni se la merecen. Te paran de forma agresiva e insisten e insisten en probarte productos, los precios son exagerados y la calidad pésima. Van bajando los precio y te ofrecen ofertas, a todo esto no te dejan ni levantarte de la silla. Meten muchísima presión, incluso con la ayuda de más dependientas, y hasta que no compras no te dejan salir. Además de malgastar dinero y tiempo, sales con una sensación de incomodidad y de sentirte tont@.

I was walking in Las Américas, Safari Centre in Tenerife when I was approached by this old agressive and unpolite seller!! Without my permission he put the peeling on my face , said he immediately saw a difference , got very angry and unpolite when my friend didn’t see any difference and nor did I when I looked in the mirror !!! He yelled at my friend “ you wear glasses don’t you , but I think they are not strong enough”…to me he said “ go a little less to the beautycentre and put on this peeling , much cheaper “ .. I never go to a beautycentre (!) , I have an astounding dermatologist specialised in skincare and my skin looks young and healthy ! Everybody thinks I am 12-15 years younger than my actual age (!) , everywhere around the world, without using fillers or other treatments ..this man ( seller ) said “ you look at least 64 , even older you should buy the product to look younger “… I was sooooo shocked by his progressive aggressive offensive behaviour that I bought the peeling to get rid of him!!! He wanted to sell me the cream too, and then I came to my senses and said “ No means no ! The peeling and it stops right here “ The company should be ashamed to hire such kind of people , he was not Spanish , looked more like a North African or Syrian man ! Too old to sell too!!!! Very unpolite , agressive seller ! The peeling however feels great on the skin! But they should fire this old man in Tenerife at the Safari Centre!!!

In Sweden was visiting my family and was pulled away by a rep in the shopping mall this summer. They take the, "don't take no for an answer" tactic a little far. Not only did I feel bullied but trapped. It wasn't until a nice young woman voiced her opinion. I just wanted out of there so I didn't ask to give back the product I already bought. Good hand creams, crappy service.
