I hope you never have a shipping issue. The “support” team will tell you the Postal Service’s admission that the package is lost is inaccurate and refuse to do anything for you to ensure you get a replacement order. The exchange with their “support” team has been mind blowing, really…and not in a good way. It’s a great product, but they cheap out on shipping and then do nothing for you when there are issues.

First I want to say that I like their product but that's absolutely it. There is no phone number to talk to customer service so it's emailing back and forth and playing 20 questions to try to get a problem rectified. I ordered it January 12 and after 10 days no updates. Their website kept saying a shipping label was created by was "pre-shipment". I tried relentlessly to find a phone number for them. The only way to contact them is email. Then, started the 20 questions with different customer service reps. I have countless emails from them. Then, January 21 they say via email of course, that they don't know what happened to the shipment and will be replacing it. I didn't realize that the replacement would be at my expense since their tracking said "pre-shipment". I received an email from them with tracking info which still isn't working. Cut to the chase, I've now been charged THREE times for products that I've not received. I originally purchased this at Costco so I guess I should have stuck with them.
