OASSAYReviews of oassay.com

So, was in the market for a Grayl like water filter and stumbled upon Oassay's filter bottle on Kickstarter. This was really what I was after: take the lid off and scoop or catch water, put the filter lid back on and start drinking. Brilliant concept. I also liked the fact this was a bit lighter than the Grayl and quite competitively priced. So I backed it. When it arrived there were a few issues with some bottles as you expect with a new concept. What separates Oassay from other retailers and Kickstarter campaigns as they not only deliver on their products, but they back their products up 100%. The after sales service was outstanding and they responded every time I got in touch keen to ensure my issue was sorted. Needless to say, I would back them in a heartbeat and when their filters become available on Amazon I will sure to stock up so I can get maximum use out of this bottle. Can't recommend these guys or their bottle enough, if you are in the market for a filter water bottle definitely check them out.

Oassay is a small company that does quality and customer service in a big way. They are constantly working on refining and improving their (already great) product, not only following their own quality testing, but also actively engaging customer insights ideas and feedback. I had ordered one of the first generation products, and Oassay proactively approached me with a free upgrade because they had noticed quality and usage issues. When that replacement didn’t work perfectly, they engaged with me to understand what the problem was, tidied to resolve it with me, and finally (when it couldn’t be fixed) provided a perfect replacement - without any cost to me. This dedication is remarkable and sets a standard toward which large corporations should aspire. And as for the product - a silicone filter bottle - it is a great, practically oriented and super functional product that I look forward to using on my adventures! Thank you, Oassay!!
