About Oak Park Home & Hardware

About Oak Park Home & Hardware, Inc. (OPHH.com) Oak Park Home & Hardware has been in business since 2001. We are a small business and genuinely care about helping our customers in any way possible. We are a mid-west company located within the Frank Lloyd Wright Historic District in Oak Park, IL. Customers are our top priority and we aim to make your shopping experience an enjoyable one! Offering Many Quality Products Made in USA Oak Park Home & Hardware began with the goal of offering products made in USA by either an individual Craftsman or small manufacturer. Over the years, it has become quite challenging to offer products exclusively made in USA and over time, have incorporated some quality products made overseas into our product mix. More Than Just A Home Store Oak Park Home & Hardware specializes in interior and exterior lighting, hardware, and home accessories. Many of our items are made to order and available in many finish and/or glass options. For this reason, we do everything possible to assist in our customer’s selection process. This may require multiple phone conversations, email conversations, and Photoshop renditions. This is, in part, what separates us from our competition and our customers find much value in this effort (and so do we).Shipping PolicyOur online shipping costs are for shipping within the 48 contiguous States. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Internationally. These shipping costs are typically our actual shipping cost without any mark-up.Your privacy and order information remains private and secure. We do not share customer information with any other businesses or third party.

Beautiful mailbox and post
We are very happy with our new mailbox. The neighbor came over to take a picture and send to her son and ask why he did not get her such a nice box. It adds a lot to the front of our house and makes it stand out.

Beautiful, quality pieces
Everything I've ordered from Oak Park Home & Hardware has been of the best quality. Their pieces are unique and beautiful and have really added to our bungalow style home. Shipment times were as promised and the communication with them throughout the whole purchase process was great. Highly recommend.

Excellent service!
Joseph handled my original order and a follow up order for light fixtures on a beautiful mountain chapel. The first order was flawless, and he sent shop drawings on the fixture to confirm that it would fit in the tight space we had for it. When I needed two additional fixtures on a tight timeline, he processed my order immediately, followed up on it at appropriate intervals, and made sure the fixtures were delivered on time. We hung them on Monday before the electrical inspection on Tuesday and a wedding on Saturday. Thanks so much!

Great products
Great products. I'm sure everyone misses your long gone store on OPA. Rents there now are even higher! I retired and moved from OP, after 35 years there, to Roanoke, VA. My OP condo wth 1000 sq ft had taxes of $7100. I now have a beautiful, brick Prairie School house in Roanoke with 2700 sq ft and taxes of $3100! Taxes, along with disfunctional state government and the murder capital of Chicago, are driving people out of IL in swarms. I understand in the last four years more people have escaped IL each year than any other state. I'll get off my soap box and thank you again for your Arts & Crafts products. Tim
