Top Flight! I received a gift certificate to OPH&H and thoroughly enjoyed reviewing the offerings, making my selection, and contacting the sales office to complete the transaction. Communication throughout was clear, courteous, and most helpful. My selected item came within the predicted time frame in perfect condition. I'll certainly keep OPH&H in mind for possible future Arts & Crafts purchases.

Very high quality products, not cheap knockoffs
I ordered some custom made hardware and it came sooner than expected. I had to exchange something I ordered in the wrong size. No problem and nice folks to deal with.

Ordered 2 items, a Legacy oak frame and a house number/address sign. Sign is great. Frame also is beautiful but too large and will be returned. When I called the company re: return representative very responsive and helpful. However I did not receive responses to my emails even though I was told they were sent. Must call again tomorrow to resolve problem of return in person. Products and workmanship are excellent. Would use again and would recommend to others.

Georgia: Sorry you are not receiving our emails. Please be advised that we are sending all replies to your emails including instructions for returning the frame. Unfortunately, our emails do frequently go directly to our customer's spam folder and/or junk email folders. We cannot control this as it has to do with either your email security settings or your isp. This is especially true with comcast.net email addresses such as yours. Our last response to you was 9/17 at 3 pm (EST) with instructions for returning the frame. Also, email notices were sent to you with shipping alerts on 9/4, 9/13, and 9/14.
