I made my order on 7 May 2020 and paid for priority shipping. I didn't receive my package until 18 May 2020. That shipping time was a complete disappointment, and there was no explanation for the hold up! I've been using this product for a year with no regrets, but this last order put a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. Some kind of discount or compensation would be nice to make up for the disappointing service this time.

I honestly haven’t noticed any difference in my fur baby at all

After a less than friendly attempt at communicating with one of the owners of Nzymes, I did go ahead and order the large Healthy Skin Kit. At first, our dog would not eat his food with the black leaf product on it. After eliminating that product, he would eat some of his food, but didn't begin eating in a normal fashion until we eliminated all of the products in the healthy skin kit from his food. Several days ago I received requests to review the individual products that we received, which I did. The next day I received two emails from Nzymes, letting me know that everyone of the problems we experienced was our fault. I'm not sure, but it seems like these nasty emails came from the same co owner who I had tried to communicate with prior to purchasing the products. I don't know if the products work as advertised, since we had to quit using them in order to get our dog to eat. I would not recommend this company to anyone, mainly based on my experience with the co owner, and his very nasty, non customer friendly attitude. I feel that I have been beat out of $135.

My dog did not handle any of the product and therefore did not make a difference - for the $$ I spent - crazy! Not worth trying to get the money back as promised.

Hasn't help my Lab after 10 plus doses, her back leg and hip area has no noticeable change. I was hoping to see some positive reactions from her but only disappointment.

I have just been using it for 2 weeks, so the jury really is still out. I have not yet seen improvement regarding joint pain.

I haven’t seen any result in my dogs hips, she’s actually worse I don’t think this medicine is beneficial at all
