I had high hopes but nothing changed
I have a 12 year old Golden Retriever with hip dysplasia and arthritis, I watched the video and ordered with hopes of great results, sadly he has not improved after taking nzymes for a month.

At first I was pretty excited to find and hear about Nzymes, but after my girl has been on the full program she is still getting ear infections NOT due to yeast. Which is what I was made to believe. She INDEED has seasonal allergies causing Rods in her ears not yeast. They do have some products I will continue to use like the probiotic and shampoo. And they do need to address a couple of their Customer Service reps who think they are veterinarians and can be down right rude and condescending.

Didn't help our older dog at all with her joints

The recommendation was to triple dose my dog. After a month my dog died before I could use all the product, so when I called to get an RMA all of a sudden I get all these requirements which were NOT stated on the website...and this woman person CLAIMED it was an FDA requirement that all bottles be returned. Who keeps empty bottles...give ME a break! PLUS FDA has NO requirements and cannot have requirements on natural supplements because they don't approve anything except drugs...and even those we have learned don't require approval before people take them. I don't blame the product for my dogs death but I am rating based on the service when I called in.

Hello Cheryl, We are terribly sorry to hear of your loss. Our return policy is clearly stated on our website, here: https://www.nzymes.com/returns/ We only ask for a return of the unused products, and only refund that which is returned - as stated. As for regulations, we are a cGMP facility in good standing with the FDA. Part of that standing has to do with the documentation of returns and disposal thereof. The FDA regulates pharmaceuticals, OTC's, and Nutritional supplements. Supplements are not "approved" as you stated, but they still fall under FDA purview.

The last bottle of Enzymes I received had a lot of crushed tablets and powder such that when I tried to get a tablet out, there was powder all over my counter. Not interested in buying anymore if the quality is going to be reduced. My dogs cannot use powder or small pieces of tablet.

I was really optimistic that I would see some changes with these but so far, nothing. I have been taking a double dose for about two months. I was hoping for increased hair growth, better skin, faster healing - just feeling better, in general. I had given Nzymes to my dog years ago and the change was remarkable. If I could have given it ten stars I would have. Unfortunately, I think the people version is different, somehow. That being said, I will still keep taking it until the money back guarantee runs out in the hopes that I’m just having delayed improvement.

Did not control canine siezures as claimed.

Bought the entire package with all the supplements and followed the directions precisely. Didn’t see any results the first couple weeks so we called the company for insight. They had none and instructed us to just carry on as we were. Seven weeks in and absolutely no change expect a new yeast infection in her ear. We were hopeful, but it did not work for our Newfoundland.
