I ordered several colours of the Hot Singles Eyeshadows and none of the colours are like on the website - much weaker with no pigmentation or shine. I also bought two liquid lipsticks - Confident and Club Hopper: thick, mat and dry texture, dries up lips in an articficial way, both colours identical although they were demonstrated differently on the website Can't stop won't stop concealer was good. Nyx never responded to customer questions and I found the whole packaging too cheap for 30 GBP - not even a free welcome tester

There are some awesome products I can recommend, but this brand still has a lot of problems

Although my package never name (it was Hermes’s mistake) they gave me a refund after 5 days. Customer service was good, and fast. Advice: buy it in store, don’t order online cus there is a big chance that your order will not come. Overall not a good experience but I’m thankful for the lady I was speaking with through the phone cus she was really helpful.

Je comprends pas qu'ils aient autant d'avis positifs sur internet. Certes, ils ont une gamme de nuances très vaste pour les lèvres, mais j'estime leurs prix vraiment exhorbitants étant donné qu'ils ne tiennent pas 1h. Que dire de leurs fards à paupières, ils s'évaporent au contact de l'air ou bien? Certains produits sont à la limite du vol, genre le crayon pour corriger la couleur des lèvres n'a aucune différence avec un crayon à yeux beige, si ce n'est qu'il est trop sec pour les lèvres (pas facile à appliquer) et qu'il s'efface en moins de deux. Malgré ça, il coûte un bras. Si j'ai été jusqu'à mettre trois étoiles, c'est parce qu'au moins on peut tester facilement les couleurs qui nous vont en magasin et parce que j'ai un coup de coeur pour leurs eyeliners métallisés (qui tiennent un peu mieux la route). Mais si les propos de la personne qui a commenté à propos des tests sur les animaux s'avèrent vrais, ils n'en méritent aucune.
