great experience overall for cross-country move
I picked NWVL based on FMCSA complaint rate data, BBB reviews, and less-reliable reviews from other sites like Angi and Google. I also liked that they participate in the American Trucking Associations’ Moving and Storage Conference (trucking.org). Their quote was very competitive, and the May 2026 cross-country move itself was essentially flawless. The final invoice was nearly 25% more than quoted, but when I pointed out an apparent error, they agreed to fix it -- and I was happy to pay the revised total. I plan to use them for any future moves, assuming they remain competitive, and would recommend them to anyone.
