Complete Fraud. Piggy backing reviews from similar named companies. Large racket.

Long story short...it was an awful experience. The laborers themselves were fine...they were just doing their job. But sales, customer service, dispatch, and the sub-contractors all along the way were terrible. To put it into a picture for you...after a horrible experience....2 strange non-professional movers showed up at my house in their own cars on the day my stuff was supposed to be delivered. When I asked who they were, they both replied that they had been hired off of CRAIGSLIST. I repeat over and over. Go to a long distance mover who will handle your stuff from start to finish without subcontracting. Save yourself the heartache and stress.

I would like to share my unfortunate experience with a moving company that has proven to be highly unprofessional. I contracted them to transport my belongings directly to our new home using a full semi-truck. However, on the scheduled pickup day, they arrived with two 26-foot haul trucks and informed us that our items would now be sent to Seattle, Washington, with delivery to follow at an unspecified later date. To add to the frustration, they were supposed to arrive in the morning on August 4th but did not show up until 5:30 PM. The team worked until 2:00 AM to load our belongings. Additionally, we were charged over $4,000 for furniture wrapping, which we were not made aware of in advance. As of September 7th, we have still not received our belongings. The company has provided us with vague updates. We are now considering legal action to resolve this matter. I strongly advise others to avoid this company due to their dishonest practices and lack of customer service.

Please avoid the company. They don’t have their own movers, they use third party movers. And you are literally signing up for getting scammed. They lure with their offers that makes you feel you are getting the best deal. And then on the day of moving, u r given a huge bill, and u have no other options other than pay the amount. You call their customer service and they say, we can’t do anything it’s upto the movers. We try our best to give you the best deal. In essence u just pay them >2k$ just to book a third party who end up charging you another 4k. There are lot of movers who might give a bit high quote but they are ethical.

This is not a real moving company; it's a broker company. Please, please stay away from them. They called me, and the representative convinced me to pay a deposit based on a very low estimate of 900 cubic feet, with a total charge of over $5,200. When it came time to load my items, they sent a different company—Best Quality Movers. This company re-estimated and determined I needed 1,400 cubic feet. When I called to address the issue, they told me there was nothing they could do and I had to pay the additional $2,000. They never refunded the difference. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to pay the extra $2,000 because I didn’t have time to find a reliable moving company. To make matters worse, when Best Quality Movers delivered my items, the majority of them were broken, resulting in a total loss of over $4,000. When I reported the damage, they sent me to a HelpDesk, and after more than three months, they compensated me with just $125. It was the worst experience, and I absolutely do not recommend them.

The staff took hours longer than anticipated and moved at a snail's pace. When I questioned why, they became defensive and made rude statements. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism. I do not suggest AmeriSafe Moving Services to anyone.

Several of my belongings, including pricey electronics, went missing following my move with AmeriSafe. When I contacted them, they denied any responsibility and refused to assist me in recovering any funds. Their lack of concern is awful.

AmeriSafe Moving Services was a disaster. They arrived late, damaged my walls while moving furniture, and left rubbish behind. They provided no recompense for the damages, only a half-hearted apology. Never again!
